Privacy Policy
en-tri ("we", "us", "our") operates the en-tri platform, available at en-tri.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the steps we take to keep it safe.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an organiser account we collect your email address. We use a magic-link system — no password is stored.
Booking information
When you sign up for an event as an attendee we collect your name and email address. If the event has a fee, payment is processed by Stripe; we receive a booking reference and confirmation of payment but we do not store your card details.
Event information
Organisers provide event details including title, date, time, location, price, and capacity. This information is stored on our platform and displayed to potential attendees.
Usage data
We may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for the purpose of operating and improving the service. We do not use third-party analytics trackers.
2. How we use your information
- To operate the platform and process event sign-ups.
- To send you booking confirmations and event reminders by email.
- To enable organisers to manage their events and attendee lists.
- To process payments and facilitate payouts to organisers via Stripe.
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.
3. Who we share your information with
Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments. When you pay for an event, your payment information is collected directly by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We use Stripe Connect to route funds to organisers.
Resend
We use Resend to send transactional emails (booking confirmations, magic-link logins, reminders). Your email address and name are passed to Resend for this purpose.
Cloudflare
Our platform is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare D1 as its database. Your data is stored within Cloudflare's infrastructure.
Organisers
When you sign up for an event, the organiser can see your name and email address so they can manage the event and communicate with attendees. By signing up for an event, you consent to this disclosure.
Legal requirements
We may disclose your information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
4. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data promptly, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
5. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. Access to data is restricted to authorised personnel. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe; we never store card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@en-tri.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact
If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how we handle your data, please contact us at hello@en-tri.com.
