Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the en-tri platform ("Service") operated by en-tri ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
en-tri provides tools for organisers to create and manage sign-ups for sports sessions, active meetups, and similar events, and for attendees to discover and book those events. We act as a platform connecting organisers and attendees; we are not a party to the event itself.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Organiser accounts
If you create an organiser account you are responsible for:
- The accuracy of all event information you publish, including dates, times, locations, prices, and descriptions.
- Complying with all applicable laws in connection with your events, including health and safety requirements, insurance, permits, and data protection obligations.
- Fulfilling your obligations to attendees, including delivering the event as advertised or providing appropriate refunds if the event is cancelled or materially changed.
- Keeping your account credentials secure and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate organiser accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
4. Payments and fees
Payments for events are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a ticket you agree to Stripe's terms of service. en-tri charges a service fee on paid bookings; this fee is displayed at the time of purchase.
Organiser payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Organisers must complete Stripe's account verification requirements to receive payouts. Payout timelines are determined by Stripe.
Refund policies are set by the organiser. en-tri does not guarantee refunds except where required by applicable law. If you have a dispute about a payment, contact the organiser first; if you are unable to resolve it, contact us at hello@en-tri.com.
5. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Create events that are false, misleading, or designed to deceive attendees.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or any other user's account.
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service without our prior written permission.
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
- Resell tickets acquired through the platform at inflated prices without the organiser's permission.
6. Intellectual property
The en-tri platform, logo, and associated materials are owned by us. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as event descriptions and images) but grant us a licence to display and use that content to operate the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, en-tri is not liable for:
- The conduct or content of any organiser or event.
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at an event listed on the platform.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of event organisers.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@en-tri.com.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
12. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at hello@en-tri.com.
