I signed up for an event but haven't received a confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, email us with the event name and the email address you used to sign up and we'll sort it out.

I need a refund for an event I booked.

Refund policies are set by the event organiser. Contact the organiser directly in the first instance. If you're having trouble reaching them, email us and we'll help.

My payment failed or was charged incorrectly.

Email us at hello@en-tri.com with the event name and your email address. We'll look into it straight away.

I'm an organiser and my payouts aren't arriving.

Payouts are processed via Stripe and typically arrive within a few business days. Make sure your Stripe account is fully set up and verified. If you're still having issues, email us.

I want to delete my account.

Email us at hello@en-tri.com and we'll take care of it promptly.
