Set the date and time.
People need a clear decision. Too many options, polls, or “message me when you want me to organise something” usually slows everything down. A specific page with a specific time is easier to say yes to.

Momentum
If this is your first event and you do not have a big audience yet, invite friends to take the first spots. A page with real names behind it feels alive, and that helps new people join.
Rhythm
Weekly events become part of people’s routines. It is common for sport micro-events to have lots of repeat attendees. We have seen events where around 95% of the people are repeats.
You are not alone
If you are organising an event and have questions, need help with anything, or want someone to look at your event page, reach out to the en-tri team. We would love to put you in touch with someone useful or help promote your event through the channels and relationships we have.
